Double Bedroom
Having had a comfortable night in friendly surroundings, the breakfast will be second to none. Ranging from local fish to full cooked breakfasts and seasonal local fruit. Arbroath Smokies are a dish to remember!
Freshly made tea and coffee is always available and if there is anything that you would like , but is not on the menu, please feel free to ask.

Our aim is to make your stay live up to your needs. There is ample parking and hair dryers, iron & ironing board are available on request. Early breakfasts are no problem, indeed, if you have any questions please feel free to visit the farmhouse kitchen, we are always around.
Even in the case of emergency there is a night bell to summon our help.

Twin Bedded Room
We do not serve evening meals, but there are excellent local restaurants nearby , and Perth offering both entertainment and a wide range of eating establishments.

Prices per night are
£40 for single ensuite B&B
£60 for double ensuite B&B

In the family room, child reductions are available.
Ann Guthrie will be pleased to provide fuller details in response to any request for accommodation.


Wigwams - Cabin Camping
The wigwam cabins offer a refreshing alternative to a camping holiday while still giving the feeling of being one with nature.
The cabins are timber built and well insultated, offering versatile, spacious, economical and secure living space.
This site is part of a wider group of Wigwam Holiday campsites located thoughout Scotland.

Self Catering Cottage

The cottage has 3 bedrooms with sleeping accommodation for up to 6 persons. There is a comfortable living area and kitchen facilities.
This is a self catering option, the kitchen is stocked with the necessary packets for a continental breakfast if this is being used for short overnight stays.
Self catering cost are from £450 per week. Fuller details are available on request.
